These terms govern your use of Ocean Fruit's website and services. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Prices, availability, and delivery windows may change. Orders sold by weight are finalized at the weighed amount when we pack them.

SMS / Text Message Terms

By opting in to Ocean Fruit Alerts you agree to receive text messages from Ocean Fruit at the mobile number you provide. There are two separate programs you can opt into independently:

• Order & delivery updates (transactional): order confirmations, packing and delivery status, driver-arrival alerts, and amount due.
• Specials & reminders (marketing): weekly specials, weekly-order reminders, and back-in-stock alerts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will receive a confirmation and no further messages (reply START to resume). For help: reply HELP, or email office@oceanfruit.store.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
